We use Royal Mail for the majority of deliveries within the United Kingdom.

Delivery services may include:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24
  • Royal Mail Signed For services (where applicable)

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Backorders

Some products may be available for purchase on backorder. This means that the item is currently out of stock but can still be ordered.

If your order contains a backordered item, we will notify you of the expected dispatch timeframe after your order is placed.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect the parcel.
