Cooling-Off Period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item after notifying us of your cancellation.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Refunds

Faulty or Damaged Items

Exchanges

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first to obtain return instructions.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain types of items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, including:
